The Namibia Law Journal is a bi-annual publication of the Trust for lawyers, scholars and students to examine, discuss, comment on and disseminate information about legal issues that are nationally and regionally relevant; to maintain, develop and promote the principles of the rule of law, democracy and justice for all upon which Namibia has been constitutionally founded as a sovereign State; to maintain and encourage transparency in legal discourse; to contribute to the development of Namibian Law and to maintain and enhance the standard of legal practice and the adjudication cases by Courts of Law in Namibia.
